Funds & distribution
Colibri AM specializes in the distribution and commercialization of ISR funds. The emphasis is on documentation, consistency, and partner readiness.
Role of Colibri AM
Our role is to support professional stakeholders with stable and precise information about responsible investment products and their methodology, within the constraints of regulatory documentation. We treat distribution as a governance function: clarity supports consistency and reduces ambiguity.
| Partner interface | Single point of contact for documentation, due diligence requests, and operational questions. |
|---|---|
| Information discipline | Consistent terminology, traceable updates, and alignment with official product documents. |
| Method focus | ISR explained through process and governance, not through narrative or imagery. |
Scope of activity
The firm’s scope is intentionally focused. We do not attempt to cover all “ESG themes”; instead, we maintain a disciplined approach aligned with partner needs and due diligence standards.
Distribution positioning
Distribution should not distort an investment process. We avoid “selling ISR” through broad claims and instead focus on what partners can evaluate: method, governance, and reporting consistency.
Documented language
We use definitions and statements that can be cross-checked against policies and product documentation.
Performance-driven narratives
We do not frame ISR through returns or future promises. This supports precise interpretation and stable partner communication.
Documentation pack
A professional distribution relationship requires a stable documentation set. The list below is intentionally conservative and aligned with common due diligence practice (final availability depends on the product and the regulatory context).
| Core documents | Prospectus, KI(I)D/KID where applicable, official disclosures and periodic reporting. |
|---|---|
| Methodology note | Definitions, criteria, monitoring approach, exclusions, engagement approach, and update logic. |
| Governance note | Decision flow, responsibilities, controls, conflict management, and record keeping. |
| Operational | Partner onboarding information, contact points, and a routine for handling due diligence requests. |
